Annual Enrollment Projection Data Forms

Our Annual Enrollment Projection Service begins on October 1, 2025. Please return your completed data forms to NESDEC by December 30, 2025.

To Submit your enrollment data:

1. Download the appropriate form for your district: 
        Single School District Form
        Regional School District Form
        Technical School District Form

2. Carefully review the "Instructions Section" of the data form to determine the type of data you need to gather.

3. After you have completed the form, please email it to NESDEC (ep@nesdec.org) as an attachment, preferably in Excel format.

NESDEC is unable to accept Google docs or links to files on your district server.
NESDEC will acknowledge receipt of your data within 2 business days. If you do not get a confirmation, please resubmit your data.

Please note the typical turn around time for an Annual Enrollment Projection Report is 2 to 3 weeks, after receipt of data form. 

Completed enrollment projections will be sent back to districts electronically, in PDF format. The reports can be printed or used in electronic presentations. All districts who submit their fall enrollment data are also eligible for a free updated projection in the Spring of 2026.
