Intro to NESDEC

The New England School Development Council (NESDEC) is a private, not-for-profit organization established in 1946. For over seven decades, NESDEC has partnered with school districts across the six New England states, offering strategic support in the areas of professional development, executive search, planning and management, and executive coaching.

With approximately 300 affiliate school districts, NESDEC is recognized as a trusted resource for educational leaders committed to continuous improvement and student success.
